1.  System Uptime:  We make every effort to ensure our system is up 100% of the time.  However nobody can guarantee 100% uptime, and neither can we.
2.  Text Delivery:  We make every effort to ensure the texts you send to your customers are delivered.  Don’t believe any company that guarantees 100% deliverability rates.  We even use the Shortcode System to ensure even higher delivery rates than normal Longcode Systems.  With ongoing privacy concerns, carrier filtering and cell phone operating systems we cannot guarantee delivery of every text.  We can guarantee that our Kiosk System will send every text.

You agree that Graves Enterprises will not be held liable for any damages done to your business, or loss of business, due to the operation of one of our Kiosk Systems.
