A. We recommend a basic 10″ tablet from Target, Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy or other basic retailer. You can normally buy one for about $100. You don’t need to buy a expensive iPad or other tablet than could cost hundreds of dollars. All the tablet needs is a browser (Chrome, Firefox) and be wifi compatible. You really won’t be able to use the tablet for anything else once the locking software is installed. The more pre-installed apps and features the tablet comes with the more likely the system will be slower with the other unnecessary programs running in the background or the unnecessary apps updating in the background.

There are still some businesses that don’t want to deal with getting their own Kiosks and setting them up. We will purchase and setup the Kiosk for you and ship it to you with a tablet stand for $200.
